MWDOC invites qualified firms to submit a proposal for the preparation of the 2025 UWMPs for MWDOC and other water agencies in Orange County. The primary goal of this project is to develop each water agency’s individual 2025 UWMP update to comply with the California Water Code. CWC 10644 (a) requires water suppliers providing water for municipal purposes to more than 3,000 customers or supplying more than 3,000 acre-feet annually to file a UWMP at least once every five years with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR). The 2025 UWMPs are due to DWR by July 1, 2026.
