The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) and its member agencies invite your firm to submit a Proposal to provide installation verifications inspections and data collection services for MWDOC’s outdoor water use efficiency programs such as Turf Removal Projects pre and post retrofits; pre and post retrofits of Drip Irrigation devices; and the installation of Landscape Irrigation Devices, such as weather based irrigation controllers (WBICs) and high efficiency irrigation nozzles (HENs).
