The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers, Contractors) interested in providing services to consult, monitor, and engage MWDOC in developing a strong presence in Orange County and assist on legal and regulatory issues that affect the District and its member agencies.
